Interviewer: Beth Franklin, CEO, La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce To encourage voter interest and participation in the Spring Primary on Feb. 18, a La Crosse area civic engagement coalition conducted and recorded interviews with the four individuals running to be the next mayor of La Crosse. La Crosse voters chose Chris Kahlow and Shaundel Washington-Spivey to proceed to the April 1 Spring Election for mayor. Their February interviews below give voters an opportunity to learn about each candidate as well as their views on local issues.
