Benefits of a LWVLA Membership

As a member of the LWVLA, you can

Be Informed: Gain access to our programs, publications, and discussions.
Serve Your Community: Register voters, educate the public, and meet with government officials at the local state, and national levels.
Create Change: Study issues, advocate for action with elected representatives and influence public policy.
Meet New People: Join other informed, engaged, and welcoming members of our community in the work of the League

Beginning in 2025, signing up for League will take place
on a new national membership site.
The process for renewing membership and paying dues will have a few changes:

Your dues will be collected by LWVUS, providing you with membershipat all three levels—local, state, and national.
You will choose the amount of dues you want to pay, with a $75 recommendation and a $20 minimum.
Your dues will be split between the three levels with state and local chapters receiving a larger share than in the past.
You will be offered an option to donate to our local League at the time you join or renew.
