Redistricting: What It Means and the Role of Nonprofits

While the process of redistricting can be complex and the ramifications tremendous, there are simple engagement strategies nonprofit organizations like yours can adopt to ensure the fair representation of the community you serve. This meeting will share some of those engagement strategies.

Joining us will be guest speakers, Professor Justin Levitt of Loyola Law School, whose website 'All About Redistricting' is an indispensable resource for understanding how the process works in each state; and Mariana Martinez, Director of Civic Engagement Initiatives, at the Michigan Nonprofits Association.

Following this webinar, all RSVPs will receive the slides and recording in an email. We will post a link to this recording on our website.
When:
Thursday, February 18, 2021, 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM
