VOTE411 Guide Launches for August 13 Primary Election

Candidate and Referendums Information Available

VOTE411.org provides comprehensive nonpartisan election information, including information about the candidates on the August 13 ballot. All candidates are given the opportunity to respond to questions posed by the League. Their submitted answers are published verbatim.

At VOTE411.org, voters can enter their address to see what's on the ballot, and then compare candidates’ responses in the races for their district. Information is also provided about the two referendum questions for amendments to the WI Constitution.

LWV La Crosse reminds voters that they may vote only for candidates from one party in the August 13 election. Depending on their location, La Crosse area voters may choose a Democratic candidate for the District 3 U.S. House race and the District 96 WI Assembly race, or they may choose a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate race.

VOTE411.org is a convenient, easy and invaluable resource for voters who want reliable nonpartisan election information,” said Jane Powell, LWV of the La Crosse Area President.
